This new generation of UMZ EvoTech А275 petrol engines offers optimal price to output ratio for GAZelle vehicles. These engines are highly reliable and have long lifespan. Their simple design secures easy service. The GAZelle equipped with this engine provides excellent capability and driving comfort.

The modernised Evotech engine works in conjunction with a five-speed manual gearbox. This can be conveniently controlled from the driver's seat using the gear lever, which is integrated into the dashboard. The engine transmits power to the rear axle via a gearbox. The rear axle differential can be fitted with an electric locking device to maximise off-road capability.
