This modern spark-ignition 16V engine is equipped with BOSCH fuel injection.  It provides maximal output and torque in low revs, which implies its fundamental advantage in harsh off-road operation. During the on-road operation it offers swift moving offs and cultivated running. Its sufficient output and gear ratios enable problem-free motorway operation. This engine type is suitable for a modification to LPG fuel and can be diagnosed via OBD connector.

The modern 5-speed manual transmission makes this light off-road vehicle swift and also confortable during long on-road driving. A manually connectable 4x4 drive and 2-speed low range gearbox are essential during off-road driving. The centrally located engine causes ideal weight distribution to both axles and improves off-road capabilities in harsh terrain.
