The UAZ 3741 AMC Cargo has a 5-speed fully synchronized manual transmission as standard. The proven design secures maximal reliability and comfort in any situation. Besides the main gearshift lever there are two additional gearshift levers for manual connection of a 4x4 drive and an additional 2-speed low range gearbox. The transmission system design is very simple and therefore secures a long lifespan and minimal maintenance costs.
Equipment
This vehicle has the minimum amount of electronics and is primarily designed for cargo transport in the toughest conditions. The giant glass-walled or closed cargo space can carry up to 5,400 litres or 800kg and is divided from the cabin by a fixed bulkhead. There is an option to add a transportation capability for 6 passengers but only if the vehicle is operated in off-road.
